What the hell is this?
I Can't Stand [Meeting] You is a collection of all the ridiculous things I've written to and about drummer and composer Stewart Copeland.
I actually did meet him for about five crazy seconds in
2007, again for a few exciting moments in
August 2009, and my most recent (and most thrilling!) encounter took place in
October 2009, where I proved myself capable of being, yet again, a total dork in the man's presence.
I can't believe what I get up to. And neither should you.

I've been sitting here for hours waiting to see this.
I'm going to bed now but rest assured I am coming back in the morning to see if these mythical metal sticks have appeared.
p.s. my wordpress account is freaking out so I used my google id to comment.
I've been planning on the photo but then Patrick took all his sticks away with him to band practice, and it just won't work with boring old 5As. I'll get on it ASAP.
I wonder what Stewart is thinking about this?
Given the obvious anticipation you're in, I suspect he is as well. I mean, seriously, what else does he have to do all day?
By some strange cosmic twist of fate I went downstairs into hubby's studio and found something VERY eerie. I don't think I can post a photo to your comment section but let me whip together a quick post dedicated to you and see if this is what you mean....

I know, I know, my photo is late in coming. I will get on this ASAP. Each time I thought about doing it Patrick was playing his drums and had all his tree trunks with him.
